Symplicity Announces "Best Places to Work for Recent Grads" Call for Nominations

Arlington, VA—June 29, 2017 Symplicity, the leading employability platform serving students, alumni and employers, today opened the call for nominations for its third annual Best Places to Work for Recent Grads.

Recognizing organizations that foster a learning and career development environment for their entry-level employees, Symplicity selects each Best Place to Work for Recent Grads based on its employer ratings, pay, benefits and perks, work-life balance, company culture, and professional development.

“Recent graduates entering the workforce are not just taking their first job–they are also taking that first step in their careers, and we love acknowledging employers who are true partners in their employees’ earliest professional successes,” said Matthew Small, Symplicity president and CEO. “We are excited to recognize those organizations that go above and beyond for their entry-level hires–not just in providing a job, but also creating opportunities for employees to grow and flourish.”

To be eligible for the award, companies must plan to hire at least 10 full-time entry-level employees in 2017. For the purpose of the survey, entry-level employees are defined as individuals who have been out of school for two years or less and/or have fewer than two years of work experience.
